* I hereby acknowledge and agree that no refunds shall be made or requested in respect of a withdrawal of my participating children following registration for this event

* I understand that Sligo Triathlon Club accept no responsibility for participants after the time training ends

* I confirm that both of my children can confidently swim a minimum of 2 pool lengths
